To make your stay as smooth and relaxing as possible, we have compiled some practical tips and important information below.

During Your Stay

If you notice any issues in your accommodation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. If you have any concerns about the cleaning, let us know no later than 11:00 a.m. the day after arrival so we can arrange an inspection. Please do not clean yourself.

Check-in

Upon arrival, you will find your envelope with keys in one of our check-in cabins or key lockers. The envelopes will be available from 4:00 PM.

Check-in 1: Accommodation in Rovdjursbyn and Toppbyn.
Check-in 2: Accommodation in Centrumbyn and unspecified accommodation/package bookings.
Check-in 3: Accommodation in Blåbärsbyn, Skogsbyn, and the campsite.
Check-in Grönklittsgården: Accommodation at Grönklittsgården.

Information, a map, and the code to the check-in cabin/key locker will be sent to you by email prior to arrival.

Check-out

If you have booked departure cleaning, or if you are staying at Grönklittsgården where departure cleaning is included, check-out must take place no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you have not booked departure cleaning, check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Keys must be returned to the designated key lockers/boxes at the check-out locations listed below.

Check-out 1: Accommodation in Rovdjursbyn and Toppbyn.
Check-out 2: Accommodation in Centrumbyn.
Check-out 3: Accommodation in Blåbärsbyn, Skogsbyn, and the campsite.
Check-out Grönklittsgården: Accommodation at Grönklittsgården.

Good things to bring to the cabin

Please bring your own toiletries, coffee filters, dishwashing liquid or tablets, spices, candles, and toilet paper, as these items are not included. These products are also available for purchase in the ICA ToGo store. Please note that a Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish BankID is required to shop at ICA ToGo.

Bed linen packages, including a towel, can be rented on site or pre-booked as an add-on to your accommodation through “My Pages.”

Digital Self Check at Departure

Before leaving the accommodation, you as our guest must complete a Self Check via the QR code located on the refrigerator in the unit. If you carry out the departure cleaning yourself, you need to follow the instructions carefully and document the condition of the accommodation with photos after the cleaning has been completed. If you have pre-booked departure cleaning, simply confirm this in the Self Check and you can then check out.

If the departure cleaning has not been carried out according to the checklist, or if photo documentation is missing, a follow-up inspection will be conducted and a fee from SEK 1,500 may be charged. Cleaning that is not approved will be charged at SEK 2,500 in addition to the standard cleaning fee.
