Farm Visit – A Genuine Summer Experience Near Orsa Grönklitt
In the idyllic village of Våmhus, just a short trip from the resort, Liljeholmens Farm invites you to enjoy a genuine and memorable summer outing. Every Tuesday from week 26, a day filled with tradition, flavours, and rural charm awaits.
The day begins at 11:00 am with a 45-minute horse-and-carriage ride through the village’s beautiful nature and picturesque surroundings. Afterwards, lunch is served at the farm – a classic kolbulle (traditional Swedish fried pancake with pork) served with lingonberries and a drink. For children, pancakes with jam are available as an alternative.
From 12:30 pm, a guided tour of the farm follows, where you’ll get up close to cows, horses, sheep, pigs, chickens, and rabbits. It’s a fun and educational experience appreciated by both adults and children.
The number of places is limited to 15 participants (maximum 5 people per horse carriage) to ensure a personal experience.
