Group Training / Circuit Training
Start your day with an energizing outdoor workout. Our circuit training is suitable for both teens and adults – regardless of previous experience. It’s a full-body session focusing on strength, cardio, and the joy of movement.
We use bodyweight exercises and simple weights. The session is led by our inspiring instructor Jenny, who has over 15 years of experience and is a licensed personal trainer. The training is adapted so everyone can join – challenging for those who want it, but safe and motivating for all fitness levels.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 08:30–09:30

Meeting point: At the Cross-Country Centre
Book no later than 17:00 the day before – online or at the reception.
Drop-in available if spots remain.
A minimum of two participants is required for the session to take place.
