To make your stay as smooth and relaxing as possible, we have compiled some practical tips and important information below.

During Your Stay

If you notice any issues in your accommodation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. If you have any concerns about the cleaning, let us know no later than 11:00 a.m. the day after arrival so we can arrange an inspection. Please do not clean yourself.

Check-in

Upon arrival, you will find your envelope with keys in one of our check-in cabins or key lockers. The envelopes will be available from 4:00 PM.

Check-in 1: Accommodation in Rovdjursbyn and Toppbyn.
Check-in 2: Accommodation in Centrumbyn and unspecified accommodation/package bookings.
Check-in 3: Accommodation in Blåbärsbyn, Skogsbyn, and the campsite.
Check-in Grönklittsgården: Accommodation at Grönklittsgården.

Information, a map, and the code to the check-in cabin/key locker will be sent to you by email prior to arrival.

Check-out

If you have booked departure cleaning, or if you are staying at Grönklittsgården where departure cleaning is included, check-out must take place no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you have not booked departure cleaning, check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Keys must be returned to the designated key lockers/boxes at the check-out locations listed below.

Check-out 1: Accommodation in Rovdjursbyn and Toppbyn.
Check-out 2: Accommodation in Centrumbyn.
Check-out 3: Accommodation in Blåbärsbyn, Skogsbyn, and the campsite.
Check-out Grönklittsgården: Accommodation at Grönklittsgården.

Good things to bring to the cabin

Bring your own toiletries, coffee filters, dishwashing liquid/tablets, spices, candles, and toilet paper, as these are not included. These items are also available for purchase in the ICA ToGo store. To shop in the ICA ToGo store, you need a Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish BankID.

Bed linen packages with towels can be rented on site or pre-booked as an add-on to your accommodation via My Pages.

Digital Self Check at Departure

Before leaving your accommodation, you are required to complete a Self Check using the QR code located on the refrigerator. If you are carrying out the departure cleaning yourself, you must follow the checklist carefully and document the condition of the accommodation with photos once cleaning is completed. If you have pre-booked departure cleaning, simply mark this in the Self Check and you can then check out.

If the departure cleaning has not been completed according to the checklist, or if photo documentation is missing, a follow-up inspection will be carried out. An additional fee from 1,500 SEK may then apply. If the cleaning is not approved, a fee of 2,500 SEK plus the standard cleaning cost will be charged.
