If something serious happens when the reception is closed (for example, a power outage or heating issue), you can call the emergency number. Please use it only for issues that cannot wait until the next day.

During Your Stay

If you notice any issues in your accommodation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. If you have any concerns about the cleaning, let us know no later than 11:00 a.m. the day after arrival so we can arrange an inspection. Please do not clean yourself.

Check-in

Upon arrival, you will find your envelope with keys in one of our check-in cabins or key lockers. The envelopes will be available from 4:00 PM.

Check-in 1: Accommodation in Rovdjursbyn and Toppbyn.
Check-in 2: Accommodation in Centrumbyn and unspecified accommodation/package bookings.
Check-in 3: Accommodation in Blåbärsbyn, Skogsbyn, and the campsite.
Check-in Grönklittsgården: Accommodation at Grönklittsgården.

Information, a map, and the code to the check-in cabin/key locker will be sent to you by email prior to arrival.

Check-out

If you have booked departure cleaning, or if you are staying at Grönklittsgården where departure cleaning is included, check-out must take place no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you have not booked departure cleaning, check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Keys must be returned to the designated key lockers/boxes at the check-out locations listed below.

Check-out 2: Accommodation in Centrumbyn.
Check-out 3: Accommodation in Blåbärsbyn, Skogsbyn, and the campsite.

Digital Self Check at Departure

Before you leave, complete the Self Check using the QR code in your accommodation. If you are cleaning yourself, follow the instructions and document the condition of the accommodation. If you have booked cleaning, simply mark this in the check. If the checklist with photos is missing, an inspection will be carried out afterwards and you may be charged a minimum of SEK 1,500. If the cleaning is not approved, a fee of SEK 2,500 plus the regular cleaning cost will be charged

Good things to bring to the cabin

Please remember to bring toiletries, coffee filters, dishwashing liquid/tablets, spices, candles, and toilet paper. These items are also available for purchase at ICA ToGo. Bed linen and towels can be rented. Please note that a Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish BankID is required to shop at ICA ToGo.

Parking and transportation

In Orsa Grönklitt it is close to everything! Feel free to think about the environment and leave the car during your stay. For those of you who live at the facility, there are parking spaces at the accommodation.

On-call service

When the Reception is closed and you experience a serious issue with your accommodation (such as problems with electricity, heating, or similar), an on-call service is available. Please respect that the on-call service is managed by staff from their homes and should only be used for urgent situations. The on-call phone is not active during Receptions opening hours.

Let's take responsibility together

You’ve likely noticed that electricity is expensive this winter. We understand that it’s not something you want to worry about during your stay with us. However, we are in an exceptional situation and hope for your understanding and willingness to share the responsibility with us. The accommodation you are renting is privately owned, so please be mindful of how you use electricity in the cabin.

Groceries

At the resort, you'll find Ica ToGo, a well-stocked store with most things you might need for your vacation. Please note, a Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish BankID is required. Ica ToGo is located in the same building as the reception. During peak season, the store is staffed at certain times.
