About our Cancellation and Rebooking Protection

With our Cancellation and Rebooking Protection, you as a guest receive added peace of mind when making a reservation. It allows you to cancel or rebook your accommodation up until arrival if you or a close family member becomes seriously ill or if another serious unforeseen event occurs (see below). Special terms apply to Limbygården.

For accommodation cancelled 30 days or more before arrival, we retain the fee for the Cancellation and Rebooking Protection as well as an administrative fee of SEK 500. Any booking fee is non-refundable.

If you choose to rebook to another period, an administrative fee of SEK 500 will apply. The Cancellation and Rebooking Protection will remain valid for the new booking.

For accommodation cancelled 29–0 days before arrival due to a valid reason, supported by the required documentation (see below), we retain the fee for the Cancellation and Rebooking Protection as well as an administrative fee of SEK 500. Any booking fee is non-refundable.

If cancellation is made on the day of arrival, it must be completed before 12:00 PM.
No refund will be issued if you choose to end your stay earlier than planned.

The Cancellation and Rebooking Protection applies per accommodation unit and can only be purchased at the time of booking.

Cost of Cancellation and Rebooking Protection: SEK 425 per accommodation unit.
For Limbygården, the protection costs SEK 1,995 for stays with arrival dates between 22 October 2026 and 4 April 2027.

The Cancellation and Rebooking Protection Applies in the Following Cases

The circumstance must not have been known at the time of booking:

Death, serious illness, or accident affecting you, your spouse/partner, immediate family member, or travel companion.
Call-up for military service or civil defence duty.
Another serious event beyond your control that you could not reasonably have foreseen when making the booking, making it unreasonable to expect you to honour the reservation, such as:
- Extensive fire damage
- Flooding in your home
- Divorce
- Termination of employment (excluding redundancy notices)

You must be able to substantiate the reason for cancellation with documentation from, for example, a physician, government authority, or insurance company. Such documentation must be submitted to us within 10 days of the cancellation date.

Cancellation Without Cancellation and Rebooking Protection

The following rules apply if you have not purchased Cancellation and Rebooking Protection:

For accommodation cancelled after payment has been made, 100% of the booking cost will be retained.
No refund will be issued if you choose to end your stay earlier than planned.

What Happens If I Need to Cancel?

You may cancel your booking either by contacting us. If you have not purchased Cancellation and Rebooking Protection, we will retain 100% of the booking cost after payment has been made.

Cancellation with Cancellation and Rebooking Protection

For bookings covered by our Cancellation and Rebooking Protection, the following rules apply:

Cancellations 30 Days or More Before Arrival

We retain the Cancellation and Rebooking Protection fee and an administrative fee of SEK 500.
Any booking fee is non-refundable.
If you choose to rebook for another period, an administrative fee of SEK 500 will apply.

We retain the Cancellation and Rebooking Protection fee and an administrative fee of SEK 500.

No refund will be issued if you choose to end your stay earlier than planned.

Another serious and unforeseen event beyond your control that makes it unreasonable to expect you to proceed with the booking, such as:
- Major fire damage
- Flooding in your home

- Involuntary loss of employment (excluding redundancy notices)

You must provide documentation from, for example, a physician, government authority, or insurance company. The documentation must reach us within 10 days of the cancellation date.

Special Rules for Bookings Made on or Before 31 May 2026

For bookings made on or before 31 May 2026, the following terms apply:

If cancelled 20 days or more before arrival, we retain the cancellation protection fee and an administrative fee of SEK 500. Any booking fee is non-refundable.
If cancelled 19–0 days before arrival with a valid documented reason, we retain the cancellation protection fee and an administrative fee of SEK 500. Any booking fee is non-refundable.
If cancelled on the day of arrival, the cancellation must be made before 12:00 PM.
If cancelled 59–0 days before arrival without a valid reason, we retain 100% of the booking cost.
No refund will be issued if you choose to leave before the end of your planned stay.

Cancellation Without Cancellation and Rebooking Protection

For accommodation cancelled after payment has been made, 100% of the booking cost will be retained.
No refund will be issued if you choose to end your stay earlier than planned.

What Terms Apply to Limbygården?

With our Cancellation and Rebooking Protection, you as a guest receive added peace of mind when making a reservation. You may cancel your booking either verbally or in writing by contacting us. If you have not purchased Cancellation and Rebooking Protection, we will retain 100% of the booking cost.

Cancellation with Cancellation and Rebooking Protection for Limbygården

(Applicable to bookings made from 1 June 2026)

Cancellations 60 Days or More Before Arrival

For cancellations of Limbygården made 60 days or more before arrival:

We retain the Cancellation and Rebooking Protection fee.
An administrative fee of 10% of the rental cost will be charged.
Any booking fee is non-refundable.
If you choose to rebook for another period, an administrative fee of 10% of the rental cost will apply.
The Cancellation and Rebooking Protection will remain valid for the new booking.

Cancellations 59–0 Days Before Arrival

If you cancel 59–0 days before arrival for a valid reason and can provide supporting documentation (see below):

We retain the Cancellation and Rebooking Protection fee.
An administrative fee of 10% of the rental cost will be charged.
Any booking fee is non-refundable.

What purchase terms and conditions apply to ski pass, cross-country trailpasses, and trailpasses

As the seller, we are responsible for ensuring that you receive written confirmation of your purchase and that the purchased services correspond to the description provided.

Booking and Purchase Terms and Conditions

Prices are stated inclusive of VAT. Credit card purchases made outside Europe are not accepted. You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases in the webshop. By completing an order, you accept our terms and conditions of purchase. Ski passes, cross-country trail passes, and bike trail passes are personal and may not be transferred to another person.

Delivery Terms and Verification

Proof of purchase for cross-country trail passes and bike trail passes, together with a receipt, will be delivered within a few minutes to the selected email address. The proof of purchase must be presented upon inspection and should be carried with you while skiing or cycling on our cross-country ski trails and bike trails.

An Axess card is required when purchasing a ski pass. Through the webshop, you can either reload an existing Axess card or purchase a new one. When purchasing a new Axess card, a voucher will be sent to the selected email address together with a QR code. The QR code can be scanned at the pick-up machine located in the children's area, where you will receive a fully loaded ski pass.

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to ski passes, cross-country trail passes, or bike trail passes. Refunds are only granted in the event of injury or illness and only for the period during which the pass could not be used, upon presentation of a medical certificate. This is subject to the condition that the consumer has not used the pass during its validity period.

Validity

Ski passes, cross-country trail passes, and bike trail passes are purchased at the price applicable for the current season and are valid for the dates purchased. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with age limits, opening hours, and for following the resort's instructions and regulations. It is your responsibility to review your booking confirmation and ensure that the start and end dates are correct. For opening hours and current prices, please visit www.orsagronklitt.se.

General Terms and Conditions

The industry's general terms and conditions are set out in SLAO's Lilla Gula and Lilla Gröna. These apply to SLAO members and have been developed in consultation with the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket).

What Applies When Booking a Package?

What are my obligations?

To make a booking and enter into an agreement with us for accommodation, the guest must be at least 18 years of age. All members of the party staying in the accommodation must also be 18 years or older. This age requirement does not apply to children accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for taking good care of the cottage, apartment, or room and for complying with all applicable rules, instructions, and regulations. Between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, you must show the utmost consideration for other guests and keep noise to a minimum.

You are liable for any damage caused to the property or its furnishings as a result of negligence by you or any member of your party.

You must comply with any smoking and pet restrictions applicable to your accommodation, as stated in your booking confirmation. Violations of smoking or pet restrictions will result in a cleaning and sanitisation fee starting from SEK 3,000.

Electric vehicles may only be charged using designated EV charging stations. Charging via engine-heater outlets or other standard electrical outlets is strictly prohibited.

You may not use the accommodation for any purpose other than that agreed upon at the time of booking, nor may you allow more guests to stay overnight than were specified in the booking.

Before departure, you are required to clean the accommodation thoroughly in accordance with the provided cleaning instructions. If the accommodation is not properly cleaned, we will arrange cleaning at your expense. Final cleaning can also be purchased as an additional service.

All keys must be returned upon departure. If keys are not returned, the locks will need to be replaced at your expense.

Immediate Termination of the Agreement

The agreement will be terminated with immediate effect if:

You or any member of your party behaves in a disruptive manner on the premises.
You or any member of your party causes damage to the accommodation or the resort.
The accommodation is used for purposes other than those intended.

If the agreement is terminated for any of the reasons above, you and your party must leave the premises immediately, and you will not be entitled to any refund of the rental amount paid.
