Alternating the skate sessions and cross-country training with a couple of days on the piste has been appreciated. Everyone in the family can do what they like most, and you are never far from each other. Because the big point of Orsa Grönklitt is precisely the combination of different skiing. Everything is in the same place as accommodation, shops and restaurants. And it is so close to the whole of central Sweden, but still almost in the mountains.
Already in the early 60s, ski enthusiasts discovered Orsa Grönklitt and saw the possibilities of making Grönklitt a fantastic ski resort. In 1965 the first lift opened and since then we have continued to invest and build the facility into the ski paradise it is today! Here with us there is something for everyone on skis and we are constantly working on developing our product. Our cross-country trails are known for their high quality, which draws both national elite teams and athletes and on our slopes everyone has fun - regardless of age and level.
Our ski school and our ski instructors are highly trained and maintain a high standard, here you can develop your skiing no matter what level you are.
For many years now, we have been an official Vasaloppet center and together with our five-star instructors you get a good help for upcoming races and our variety of trails provides a good training for the long-distance races.
Together with our mascot Bärra the blueberry, we have designed various activities at the facility that promote children's development on skis.

Alpine skiing in all colors
In Orsa Grönklitt, everyone has fun on the slopes, which are well pisted and varied. Here there are 22 slopes in all difficulty levels, from green to black. On the south and west sides there are slopes for children, family and beginners. In the north and east, greater challenges await, such as Berguven, Helan and Halvan.
World-class tracks
Here you will find 130 kilometers of well-groomed trails that are known for their high quality. There is something for everyone - beginners as well as exercisers and national team elite. The trails that run through varied terrain, over bogs, heights and in the forest have meant that we have long been the official Vasaloppet center.

Our alpine ski school is well known for its high level of teaching and well adapted for beginners, children and adults alike. One of the secrets is that we have a lot of fun together. We offer everything from the opportunity for a personal trainer to a group ski school for children, young people and adults.
