Bärra's adventure trail
A playful adventure trail that starts behind the Cross-Country Center and winds its way through the forest, down towards Rädsjön and then on to the center. Here you get to use both strength and balance to cope with obstacle courses, mazes, logs, stones and water.
Bärra's activity round - heart rate and strength
With Bärra's activity round, we want to inspire children and adults to move together. Twelve stations with different challenges are located along an easily accessible loop next to the Cross Country Centre. Each exercise has different levels of difficulty and is adapted to suit both children and adults. Of course, completely free.
