Garbage, waste and environment

In Orsa Grönklitt we have sorting of household garbage, and you as a guest are involved in sorting your garbage. In the cottage there is a compost holder and a garbage can for combustible. These garbage can be thrown at the environmental station your cottage belongs to, everything else should be sorted and thrown at the recycling station that you will find marked on the map in your arrival envelope, there is also a check-in magazine with more information.

If you want to help us further in the process of making Orsa Grönklitt environmentally friendly, keep in mind that:

  • Don't let the sauna stand on unnecessarily.
  • Regulate the heat with the thermostat, not windows.
  • Turn off the lights when you're not in the cottage.
  • Let the car stand - you have walking distance to almost everything.

Feel free to leave your cans and bottles with us. Igloos are located at the environmental stations.
