Temporary booking conditions for summer 2020

For your safety, we now offer free cancellation no later than the day before arrival for summer 2020. Valid for new bookings with cancellation insurance, between 29 April - 18 October and for arrivals between 29 April and 18 October. Cancellation insurance costs 395 SEK per rental property and means that you can cancel up to the day before arrival. You do not need to submit a certificate to prove your cancellation and the full amount (including cancellation insurance) will be refunded to you. Temporary booking conditions for winter 2020/21

For your safety, we now offer free cancellation no later than 30 days before arrival in winter 2020/21. Valid for new bookings with cancellation insurance, between 14 May and 31 August and for arrivals between 18 October 2020 and 11 April 2021. Cancellation insurance costs 395 SEK per rental property and means that you can cancel up to 30 days before arrival. You do not need to submit a certificate to prove your cancellation and the full amount (including cancellation insurance) will be refunded to you. In case of cancellation 29-0 days before arrival, regular booking conditions apply. Regular booking conditions apply when booking limbygården.

Who's responsible?

Responsible intermediaries/renters are Grönklittsgruppen AB, Box 133, 794 22 Orsa.

As a renter, we owe it to make sure that:

- You will receive a written confirmation of your booking.

- You will receive documents and information on how payment should be made, information about where the key can be retrieved in good time and other significant information regarding your booking.

- The rental item is consistent with the description. We are not responsible for promises that third parties may have made directly to you without our knowledge and which we have not known or should be aware of you being informed of any significant changes, relating to your booking.

- You'll have to dispose of the rental item from 15.00 scheduled date of arrival until 11.00 departure date, unless otherwise confirmed.

If you are not happy with the cottage / apartment, then it is us you should turn to.

When will my booking become conclusive?

When you have paid your registration fee (or the entire rent), you have approved your booking and it is binding.

When am I going to pay?

If you have booked earlier than 60 days in advance, the registration fee is 25% of the cost of accommodation (minimum 500 SEK) plus any cancellation insurance. The registration fee shall be paid within 10 days of sending the confirmation to you. It counts off from the rent. The rest of the rent shall be paid no later than 60 days before the appointment date of arrival.

 

If you book later than 60 to 30 days in advance, the full rent shall be paid within 10 days of booking.

 

If you book later than 30 days before the date of arrival, the entire rent shall be provided to us within 2 banking days of the booking time.

 

The rent shall always be paid before admission.

What happens if I don't pay on time?

The booking is cancelled unless the registration fee or the final proceeds are provided to us by the date of the due date on the confirmation date. If you do not pay on time, it is considered a cancellation and the cancellation rules apply. Please note that no cancellation confirmation is sent out.

But if something happens to me?

To protect yourself if something unplanned happens, you can buy a de-rebooking insurance. It costs 395 SEK per rental item and means that you can cancel until the day before the appointment. The insurance fee is not refunded upon cancellation.

 

The cancellation and rebooking insurance applies in the following cases, which may not have been known when booking:
a) death, illness or accident of a more serious species, which has affected yourself, spouse, partner, family or fellow traveller.
b) call-in to the armed forces or civil defence.
c) there is another serious incident outside your control, which you could not foresee when you booked and which means that it is not reasonable to request that you stand by your booking, e.g. extensive fire, flooding in your home. divorce or termination from your work (not notice).

 

You must be able to prove your obstruction with certificates from, for example, a certificate of a european union, doctors, authority or insurance companies. The certificate shall be provided to us within 14 days of the cancellation date.

 

Cancellation and rebooking insurance also applies to snow guarantee and other cancellations as below.

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel orally or in writing to us. The cancellation does not count if it is made to someone else or is sent to the cottage/apartment.

 

Cancellation without cancellation and rebooking insurance:

- For accommodation cancelled 60 days or more before arrival, we retain the registration fee.

- For accommodation booked 59-0 days before arrival, we retain 100% of the cost.

 

Cancellation with cancellation and rebooking insurance

" For accommodation that is cancelled 60 days or more before arrival, we retain the fee for cancellation insurance and an expedition fee of 250 SEK. For accommodation cancelled 59-0 days before arrival with a valid cancellation cause, we retain the fee for de- and rebooking insurance and an expedition fee of 250 SEK. For accommodation booked 59-0 days before arrival without a valid cancellation reason, we retain 100% of the cost.
– No refund will be made if you choose to cancel your stay earlier than planned.

Change/rebooking

Once you have purchased our cancellation and rebooking insurance, you have the right to rebook your accommodation until 40 days before arrival, rebooking can be made subject to availability and to the current price list for an expedition fee of 250 SEK.

What rights do I have?

If we do not provide the accommodation in promised condition or at the right time and are unable to offer you another equivalent cabin/room, you have the right to terminate the contract. We then have to repay all the things you paid us, with deductions for the benefit you may have had from the cottage/room. Instead of canceling the contract, you can request that the rent be reduced.

 

If you have complaints, you should make them to us as soon as possible, no later than 11.00 the day after arrival. Errors that occur during your stay should be notified immediately, so that we have a chance to correct it.

 

You have the right to put someone else in your place and we have to accept that person if we do not have special reasons to refuse. In that case, you must notify us before the date of entry and we will then charge a rebooking fee of 250 SEK.

What are my obligations?

In order to book/enter into an agreement with us regarding accommodation, the guest must be 18 years old. Everyone in the company should be 18 years old to live in the property. The age limit applies not to children in the guardian's company.

 

You must care for the cottage/room well and comply with the rules of procedure, instructions and regulations that apply. Between 10:00 and 07.00 you shall observe the utmost regard and silence to other guests.

 

You are responsible for all the damage caused on the property and its inventory, by having been negligent in your company.

 

You are obliged to comply with the rules regarding the smoking and pet ban for your cabin/room that is indicated on your confirmation. Infringement of regulations on smoking and pet bans means a clean-up cost of 3 000 SEK.

 

You may not use the cottage/room for anything other than what was agreed upon booking (usually leisure purposes) and you must not allow more people to spend the night in the cottage/room, than you stated at the time of booking.

 

You have to clean properly before departure, follow the cleaning instructions. If you miss this, we charge a cost of 2 000 SEK.


You must return all the keys to your cabin/room upon departure. If you forget it, we need to change locks at your expense.

 

The agreement expires with immediate effect on:
– You or someone in your company behaves disruptively at the facility
– You or someone in your company commits vandalism in the rental property/at the plant
– The property is used for unintended purposes

 

If the agreement expires due to the above mentioned cases, you and your company must immediately move from the facility and you do not have the right to recover any part of the rental amount.

What happens if we don't get along?

Turn directly to us with any complaints. Keep in mind that your ability to get a correction can be reduced if you delay complaining, if you claim compensation, this should be submitted in writing. If we don't get along, you can turn to the General Complaints Board. It consists of an impartial chairman and a number of representatives of tour operators and consumers. The consumer guide in your home municipality can help you.

War, natural disasters, strikes, etc.

The parties have the right to withdraw from the agreement if the accommodation cannot be provided due to acts of war, natural disasters, labour market conflict, longer interruptions in water or energy supply, fires or other similar major events, which neither you nor we could have predicted or influencing. In that case, we are obliged to pay back what you paid, with deductions for the benefit you have had from the cottage/room.

Snow guarantee

Provided you have purchased our cancellation and rebooking insurance, you can cancel due to a lack of snow from 3 days before arrival until the day before arrival, then you do not have to pay more than an expedition fee of 250 SEK, unless at least three rideable slopes and 2 km long track are open. The snow guarantee is valid from Christmas week – season finale, from the cross-country premiere in october to the alpine start is that at least 2 km long track is open.

GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR, is named the regulation that will take effect for all EU Member States on 25 May 2018. In Sweden, this Regulation is called the Data Protection Regulation. The purpose of the regulation is to protect persons in the processing and storage of their personal data. We process your personal data because it is necessary to manage your contract with us regarding, for example: accommodation, events or other services. We never sell your personal data to any other party.

Other

Due to events that are beyond our control as intermediaries, we have the right to relocate tenants to equivalent cabin/room. Where possible, the intermediary shall provide such changes to the guest/client before admission and at least as soon as possible. Such changes do not entitle the guest to fail to pay agreed fees in whole or in part.

The accommodation price does not include cleaning, bed linen, towels, cot/high chair unless otherwise stated on the confirmation. The cottage/room does not include dishwasher tablets, toilet and paper towels. Remember to bring it.
