Information about Covid-19

• Our cottages are carefully cleaned and disinfected by our staff after each rental period.
• Check-in takes place in our check-in cabins, where guests pick up your ready-made envelope. You do not have to stand in a queue with other guests or meet any of the staff.
• Check-out is done, if paid and ready, using our express check-out where you put the key in our "check-out box" outside the Guest Center on the day of departure. All keys are disinfected between each guest.

• Single queues are removed and we encourage our guests to go alone or with their travel companion in the lift.
• We encourage our guests to keep a pole length.
• All lifts are still manned, but if you want help when boarding, tell the lift host.
• Use our barbecue facilities around the resort. A large barbecue area is available at the children's area, at the toboggan slope.
• The heating cabins in the children's area and Norrbacken will be closed during the winter. Instead, we move Varglyan to the heating cabin in the children's area and set up a café in the heating cabin in Norrbacken. The heating cabins are replaced by tents in Barnbacken, Norrbacken and längdcentrum. NOTE! From 10 January, our tents will be closed until further notice, when new regulations from the Swedish Public Health Agency come into force.
• We are expanding with more toilets in the alpine area.
• Our public changing rooms around the resort are closed from 22 December. We refer you to change and shower at home or in the cottage.

• Restaurants, cafés and local areas have extended cleaning and disinfection routines.
• All our restaurants offer the opportunity to take away. Ugglan & Björnen offers home delivery directly to the cottage.
• Toppstugan has a new concept with a quick lunch combined with a la carte lunch with table service.
• Restaurant Koppången offers a dinner bag, where you complete the last one in the cottage according to simple, attached instructions.
• Our restaurants comply with current restrictions on serving and have only table service and sparse seating.
• All after ski activities are canceled during the winter of 2020-21.
• Our grocery store offers food delivery directly to your cottage. Order before 18.00 for delivery the next day.

For your safety, we have adapted our ski rental. You register and make an appointment for collection via the website. Once on site outside the ski rental there is a display indicating when it is your turn to go in to pick up your equipment.

• We are cash-free – payment is made by card or Swish
• Get the equipment less company – preferably alone
• Please change in the cottage or in the intended changing rooms

• Ski School's gathering places are scattered to avoid congestion.
• We limit to a parent who picks up and leaves at our gathering places.
• Participants with the slightest disease symptoms should not participate. Our booking conditions are up to date, which means that cancellation can be made until the day before the first day of the ski school. Guests will then receive a refund less an administration fee of SEK 250.
• Childcare in Varglyan is limited to a maximum of 5 children. To welcome as many children as possible, we only let in children and no parents. For the time being, we also sell only daily entrances to Varglyan.
• All winter children's activities with the Blueberry Club take place outdoors and with a limited number of children.
• Bring your own helmet when booking a snowmobile safari.

• We recommend our visitors to purchase an entrance ticket through our webshop, where you also receive a 10% discount on the entrance price.
• For our visitors, with an annual pass or as a loose ticket via our webshop, there is the possibility to enter via our unmanned entrance next to Toppstugan. Note! Of course, you can also buy a ticket in Predator Centre, where we are open as usual. 
• No public activities or feeds to avoid crowds.
• In our indoor facilities, we encourage visitors to keep their distance. Tables and chairs are also placed with extra distances, we ask you not to move these.
