Accommodation guests are responsible for all damage that occurs to the property and its fixtures during their stay. It is then also very important to notify the Guest Center about this.

Smoking is prohibited in all cottages and apartments, and in case of violation, a decontamination fee is charged.

Lost key will be charged with SEK 1,500 upon departure.

Pets are welcome in a selection of cottages, but then need to be pre-booked for a supplement of SEK 300.

Cleaning and hand dishwashing detergents are available in the accommodation but bring consumables to the accommodation such as household and toilet paper.

Feel free to pre-book departure cleaning at the time of booking or book via the Guest Center on site, no later than 3 days before departure.

If you have booked departure cleaning, you only need:

• Wash dishes and set the crockery in the cabinets
• Throw away garbage
• Bring any food left in the cupboards
• Duvets are folded together and laid together with the pillows on the bed
• Rented linen sets are laid at the front door

It is also possible to use the RUT deduction on your departure cleaning. Please contact the Guest Center for more info. If you choose to clean yourself, see the checklist in the arrival envelope.

RUT deductions can only be applied for on site in the Guest Center.

In Orsa Grönklitt, we have recycling of household waste, and you as a guest are involved in sorting your garbage. In the cottage there is a holder for compost and a garbage can for combustible. These garbage is thrown away at the recycling station your cottage belongs to, everything else must be sorted and thrown away at the recycling station that you will find marked on the map in your arrival envelope, there is also a check-in newspaper with more information.

If you want to help us further in the work of making Orsa Grönklitt environmentally friendly, then remember that:

• Don't let the sauna stand on unnecessarily
• Regulate the heat with the thermostat, not windows.
• Turn off the lights when you are not in the cottage.
• Let the car stand - you have walking distance to almost everything.

Feel free to deposit your cans and bottles with us. Pantamera igloos can be found at the recycling stations.

At our location, you will find several places to charge your electric vehicle:

- 8 spots at the Guest Center
- 4 spots in the parking area at the Cross-Country Skiing Center
- 8 spots at Lingonstigen
- 4 spots at Häggbergsstigen

NOTE! It is not allowed to charge your electric vehicle using a regular Schuko plug/wall socket/engine heater. The reason is that a wall socket is not designed to handle the heat generated when the socket is loaded with full power over a long period. This means there is a risk of fire in the socket and the installation, which in turn can lead to a fire in the property where the vehicle is charged.

It is not allowed to go snowmobiling within the Orsa Grönklitt ski area except on marked snowmobile trails.

The trails take the snowmobiles to and from toppstugan as well as the cottage areas. The trails connect from the west via Nybodarna or from the south via Fryksås.

Very important that snowmobilers respect these trails and do not use the cross-country tracks (skate bed) for transport and riding.

Together with Kurbits & Vildmark, snowmobile safaris are regularly organized from Orsa Grönklitt.

As a snowmobile rider, you must take into account your surroundings, partly for safety reasons and partly because the scooter can be a disturbing element. Ride on marked snowmobiles and buddy trails.

Despite the fact that most things are very close in Orsa Grönklitt, it can be nice to not have to walk after a long ski day. During the winter we therefore run Grönklitt Express. A free bus that runs according to the map.

To travel with Grönklitt Express, call 072-22 69 477, the bus will then stop at the stop you want. There are six different stops scattered throughout the area (see map).

The last bit up to Toppstugan also goes the restaurant's own transport, a quad bike with caterpillar feet and wagon that easily makes its way up the last steeplechase. Transportation is available as soon as there is snow.

Bus times:

17.00-22.00 Fridays and Saturdays starting week 47 until the end in April. Also Tuesdays week 1, 7, 8, 9, and 10.

If you have left something behind with us, please email us at kvarglomt@orsagronklitt.se with a description of the item, as well as in which accommodation you have left it. Please also include a booking number and your contact details.

If we find the forgotten item, we will contact you as soon as possible; there is no need for you to call us – we will reach out to you! Please understand that we do not go out to look for forgotten charging cables. Socks, underwear, and bed linens that are found are not saved but are immediately disposed of.

We will send your forgotten items to you via cash on delivery, however not exceeding 2 kg.

Larger items can be picked up on site by arrangement.

Valuables for which we cannot find the owner are handed over to the police in Mora as soon as possible.
